Use of Membership
Membership is for the sole use of the registered individual or business and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Cancellation and Termination
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Ceres Research. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership term.
Ceres Research reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if the member breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the organisation.

3. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WITH FREE ONE-MONTH TRIAL TERM & CONDITIONS
Membership Fees
The monthly membership fee is £70 + VAT, payable in full at the time of registration or renewal.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions or required by law.
Free Trial Eligibility
The free trial is available exclusively to new members who sign up for the monthly membership.
The free trial is limited to one use per individual and is not valid for annual membership subscriptions.
Trial Period
The trial period begins on the day of registration and runs for one calendar month.
Members must provide valid payment details to activate the trial.
Members may cancel at any time during the trial by contacting Ceres Research or managing their membership settings online.
If the membership is not cancelled before the trial ends, standard monthly billing of £70 + VAT will automatically begin.
Renewal
The renewal fee will be charged to the original payment method unless the member updates their billing information or cancels the membership before the renewal date.
Ceres Research reserves the right to adjust membership fees upon renewal, with prior notice.
Exclusivity
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
The free trial is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts, except for the discount available to Ceres Rural Crop Management (Agronomy) clients.
Ceres Research reserves the right to request payment adjustments if discount codes are applied in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
4. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TERM & CONDITIONS
Membership Fees
The annual membership fee is £700 + VAT, payable in full at the time of registration or renewal.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions or required by law.
Effective Discount
The effective 10% discount for Annual Membership is calculated based on the equivalent price members would pay over a 12-month period under the monthly subscription with a 1-month free trial (£70 × 11 = £770 inclusive of VAT). The annual membership price is £700 (inclusive of VAT).
Activation & Renewal
Membership is activated upon receipt of the one-time annual payment. The subscription will auto-renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Members will receive a renewal reminder at least 14 days before the renewal date, including details of the upcoming charge.
The renewal fee will be charged to the original payment method unless the member updates their billing information or cancels the membership before the renewal date. If auto-renewal is not cancelled before the renewal date, the membership will renew automatically, and the full annual fee will be charged.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Ceres Research or managing their membership settings online.
Access will continue until the end of the current annual billing period, after which the membership will terminate unless renewed.
Fee Adjustments
Ceres Research reserves the right to adjust membership fees upon renewal, with prior notice.

5. 10% OFF MEMBERSHIP VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
This voucher is valid for any individual or business in receipt of the voucher code. Proof of eligibility may be required at the time of redemption.
Discount Offer
The voucher entitles the eligible recipient to a 10% discount on the annual Ceres Research Membership, normally priced at £700 + VAT.
Single Use
The voucher is redeemable only once per individual or business.
Non-Transferable
This voucher is non-transferable and has no cash value. It may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
Exclusivity
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Redemption Method
To redeem the voucher, please apply the voucher code during the online process to become a member.
Validity Period
This voucher is valid for redemption until 31st March 2026. After this date, the voucher will no longer be accepted.
Right to Reclaim Discount
Ceres Research reserves the right to charge the full 10% discount amount if:
The voucher is redeemed by someone who has not received the code through authorised channels.
Any of these Terms & Conditions are breached.
Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to redeem this voucher fraudulently will result in immediate cancellation of the discount and may be subject to legal action.
Amendments
Ceres Research reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer, or update these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

6. 25% OFF MEMBERSHIP VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
This voucher is only valid for individuals or businesses actively using the Ceres Rural Crop Management (Agronomy) Service. Proof of eligibility may be required at the time of redemption.

The voucher entitles the eligible recipient to a 25% discount on the annual Ceres Research Membership, normally priced at £700 + VAT.
Single Use
The voucher is redeemable only once per individual or business.
Non-Transferable
This voucher is non-transferable and has no cash value. It may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
Exclusivity
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
